Please read this if you are renting the hall or booking an event to perform.
By confirming your reservation or performance, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions of LIVEHOUSE AND BAR SOULCORE (hereinafter referred to as "our establishment").
・How to make a reservation (for hall rentals)
If you are considering using our services, please contact us at our email address. A representative will answer your questions and provide you with a quote.
We will cooperate in creating an event that everyone can enjoy.
We kindly request that all events implement a one-drink minimum order (around 600-700 yen). Our store will not be giving any of the drink sales to those who have made reservations.
・After booking / performance confirmation
Cancellation fees for cancellations made after booking/performance confirmation.
Cancellation fee for cancellations 60 days to the day of the reservation: None
Cancellation fee for cancellations made 59 days to the day of the reservation: 50% of the total reservation fee.
Cancellation fee for cancellations made 30 days in advance or on the day of the reservation: 100% of the total reservation fee.
Please note that a cancellation fee will apply under the above conditions.
For those who have paid the usage fee in advance
In the event that we are unable to provide services due to an unforeseen disaster or accident, we will refund the full amount of your service fee.
In the above case, we cannot compensate for any damages incurred by the person who made the reservation. Please understand.
• Payment of usage fees / entry fees
Please pay the usage fee/entry fee by the end of the event on the day of your reservation.
As a general rule, we request payment in cash.
• Pre-use consultation and usage on the day
If our staff reports experiencing harassment or intimidating behavior during a pre-event meeting, or if the organizers, performers, or attendees violate the above rules on the day of the event, or if our staff or attendees feel that the situation is extremely dangerous or disruptive, we may forcibly remove the person in question or interrupt the event.
In that case, the full usage fee will be charged.
Regarding use on the day of use (Part 2)
① The person making the reservation is responsible for managing their own valuables, musical instruments, and equipment, and our store will not be held responsible for any loss or damage.
② When using the dressing room, please do not bring any trash that does not fit in the trash can or any trash not listed on the sorting sheet (cardboard, glass, metal, etc.).
Please take it home with you.
③ If the usage time agreed upon at the time of booking or consultation is exceeded, an extension fee will be automatically added to the usage fee.
If there is another reservation after your scheduled time on the day of your reservation, our staff will interrupt the event.
④ If our staff deems it necessary during the performance on the day of your reservation, we may make announcements or guide attendees.
⑤ If any of our venue, equipment, building, facilities, or furnishings are damaged or lost, you will be responsible for the full cost of repairs and other expenses calculated by our company.
All costs will be charged to the organizers, performers, and attendees.
⑥ If we do not receive the BGM, sound effects, orchestral music, etc., in data format by the date specified by our staff, we may refuse to provide service during the performance on the day of the event.
